A Scheme You Can Trust
The ECO4 Scheme has been featured in…
With energy costs soaring and the ECO4 scheme set to continue only until 2026, 2025 stands out as a critical time to act. Government support is finite, and demand is rising quickly as more households become aware of the substantial advantages available.
The scheme offers energy-saving solutions like loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, upgraded boilers, and new heating systems, all designed to reduce energy consumption and lower your bills
No, taking part in the ECO4 scheme will not affect your benefits. The scheme is designed to provide free energy-saving improvements to households in need.
It aims to improve the energy efficiency of low-income, fuel-poor, and vulnerable households. As a result, participating in ECO4 has no impact on your current benefit entitlements.
No, the upgrades under the ECO4 scheme are fully funded! You won’t have to pay for the installations or the assessments—they’re all covered by your energy supplier and the government.
Check if you qualify by taking our quick 57-second quiz. If your household income is less than £31,000 a year, or one of you receives certain benefits or has a health issue that’s aggravated by living in cold conditions and your home is energy-inefficient, you’re likely eligible!
If you don’t receive any of the benefits listed above but your household income is less than £31,000 per year or someone in your household is suffering from certain health issues you still may be eligible .
We have installation partners across the whole of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales)
Insulating your home is important because it reduces heat loss, leading to lower energy bills, improved comfort, and a smaller carbon footprint, while also potentially increasing your home’s value
The ECO4 scheme started in April 2022 and is scheduled to run until March 2026.
The Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4) and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) are distinct schemes, but GBIS is designed to complement ECO4. ECO4 focuses on a “whole house” approach to energy efficiency improvements, while GBIS primarily delivers single insulation measures
Yes. As a landlord (with private renters) you can apply for the ECO4 scheme (on your tenant’s behalf) if your tenants receive any qualifying benefits; or have a household income that is less than £31.000 a year; or suffer from a health condition impacted by living in a cold home.
Check your eligibility now before funding runs out.
